| Introduction | I have been an art teacher since 2007. It was a long strange path getting there, but I can't imagine doing anything else. I have taught at McDermott Elementary, in Little Rock, AR. since 2009. I have on average 400 students in grades Pre-K through 5th. Art is my passion, but so is teaching. I love teaching all subjects through the arts. My Mustangs are My children, each and everyone of them, even if only for an hour once a week. I strive to give them the tools they need to be creative thinkers and problem solvers, community contributers, and hard workers. This blog is for them. |
