| Introduction | Myself an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Panchkarma Specialist and a Yoga Instructor. During my Practise of 10 yrs, I found that most of the health problems are now Lifestyle-Related and unless we adopt a healthy lifestyle, treatment is incomplete. Yoga is the Best solution as it brings Positive changes both physically and mentally. So, I started incorporating Yog in my Treatment Plan and it works wonderfully. My knowledge of the body helps me understand my student's requirements in much better way and this transforms into client satisfaction which makes my soul happy. |
