IntroductionI've made a study of ways I can protect my health & now subcribe to both alternative & medical sources of health information & useful health news. I've raised my HDL cholesterol to 90 or more & cut my LDLs from 130 to an average of about 100 without drugs. And, my last triglyceride test result was 41. And, I've lost 30 pounds & kept it most of it off. I also set up a doable, well-researched plan to launch a chain of restaurants that would serve only health enhancing foods; but never got it funded. (There's reason to believe this was a mistake by the investors we showed it to. They aren't always right; but they do have the money.) The good news is that it did help me know what foods are good and bad for your health. And, I've continued to study that since. I do both interval cardio exercise & strength training regularly each week.
