| Introduction | I am a 28 year old full-figured woman, B.I.G. G.I.R.L. who has gone through the ups and downs of weight loss and gain. From being bigger and taller than my 3rd peers, to losing it for the cute guy in class and to fit in, to getting stressed and eating for days in college, breaking a few chairs here and there, and to the highs, curves and dives of this rollercoaster and "weighted" ride! Ultimately landing in a place of loving me for where I am, yet knowing I WILL NOT ALWAYS be here and knowing there is more to love, experience, and gain in life through my lifestyle. My goal is to press further, gain wisdom, be held accountable, and to inspire others to experience breakthrough and make lifestyle changes, knowing that we have all be there at some point in time and are in this together! |
