Introduction	I’m a laid back, quirky, and cool, 50 something woman who chronically follows the “other path”. Some past unconventional choices include home birth, home schooling, natural parenting, vegetarianism, expression of my artwork in black ink and flesh, rejection of the prevailing religious paradigm, and eschewing most of society’s other empty rituals. I am self educated and have no laurels to rest upon, but as a student of the arcane and initiate to the craft of the wise, I’ve peeked beyond the veil, found magic beneath the full Moon, and have an interesting perspective on the world. I live in the beautiful San Bernardino Mountains where I enjoy a wonderful view. Now an empty-nester with health and mobility problems, I use my solitude as an opportunity to read, write, study, meditate, and commune with Nature. I believe serenity is the key to happiness so I try to maintain inner peace. Blessing, giving, healing, intelligent conversation, a cup of tea with a friend—these things make me happy.
