It's a 3 day weekend that motivates women to set their own realistic fitness and wellness goals, and gives them the tools for success. Located on the beautiful Gulf beaches, we spend the 3 days eating healthy, moving our body with a variety of outdoor and indoor activities, and learning how to live a successful, healthy life through informative and hands-on motivational presentations hosted by professionals in the Wellness Industry.
