Introduction	Hi, I'm Dee - and I've spent the past 20 months on Weight Watchers - and the past 9 being between 6 and 3 pounds shy of my goal weight. This has obviously been utter torture, and in an effort to really track what I am doing, and to make a difference, and get that god, damn gold card here I am - blogging about lunch boxes... Lunch is important to me as I take part in a lot of sports, and physical excercise, so I need to have enough energy to keep going, but don't need to be full of crap to reverse the whole effects of the exercise!
Interests	I am passionate about healthy, nutritious eating habits, as well as making food interesting, tasty, and enjoyable... I love sport (now!!), shopping, and travelling.
