You've been invited to a fancy ball but the only thing you have to wear is an orange wooly jumper. What shoes do you wear?
I would wear Roman sandals. The other guests would think one of two things. One that I was eccentric and possibly brillant for being so bold to wear such an outfit to a ball. Two that I was a little touched in the head but since I was at a fancy ball I was more than likely harmless. Either way it would be a great conversation starter.
