| Introduction | I'm married to Toni and we have two children, both of whom are teachers. Tom is married to Dyani and has two gorgeous daughters and a delightful son. Nel, whom we adopted in Sri Lanka in 1986, has been with her partner Matt for more than five years now. I started teaching in 1973 and subsequently worked in many schools around Sydney, in Vanuatu and then Indonesia. Now we have moved to Fiji where I am Head of School at the International School Nadi. When we moved to Indonesia, I started a blog to allow people to check in on how things were going on my impressions and experiences.
