| Introduction | When I was a kid, my grandma would always take me to the beach and to go exploring nature. I guess that's why I love hiking and the outdoors so much now that I'm older, I always get a rush of adrenaline when I see something picturesque that not many people are able to witness. I enjoy running because it takes me into a different, nonexistent world for a moment so that I don't have to think about anything else but to keep going. Three things that make me smile every time: 1. seeing kids being kids and having ridiculous amounts of fun, 2. long-meaningful-I-don't-want-to-stop-conversations that last til' the whee hours of the morning, 3. random acts of kindness. I graduated from USC with a double major in Biology and Political Science and a minor in Gender Studies. I am attaining my Masters in Public Health w/an emphasis on Global Health currently. My main passion in life is to one day become a medical doctor involved in international work and organizations such as Doctors Without Borders.
