| Introduction | We are an IP specialty firm. We are large enough & have the depth & expertise to handle any type of IP matter. We have particularly great depth & expertise in the biochem/medical field, more than all but a few west coast firms of any size. At the same time, we are small enough to avoid the conflict problems that effectively prevent larger firms from taking on many IP-related tasks. Medium size companies that would not get priority in a large firm can have the IP relationship they need here. We can handle contingency or partial contingency IP matters that larger firms would not take on because they are too small, 5-50 M at stake. There are not a lot of firms left that can offer all this.
