Introduction Jonathan Rosenoer is a consultant who works with leading global financial services companies. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Risk Management at Carnegie Mellon University, where he co-founded the Carnegie Mellon Operational Risk Engine Project. Earlier, Jonathan worked with Time Warner to manage and develop the world's largest online system for lawyers. Jonathan began his career as a lawyer in the Silicon Valley, working for 6 years with the law firm Fenwick & West and as in-house counsel for Robert Half International Inc. Jonathan is the author of Cyberlaw: The Law of the Internet (Springer Verlag 1997) and The Clickable Corporation: Successful Strategies for Capturing the Internet Advantage (Free Press 1999). He has also written for leading publications, including Harvard Business Review and Wired, and has been interviewed for articles appearing in media ranging from the New York Times to CNN.
