Introduction I found out that I had trouble with eating gluten about five years ago. The first year or so was horrible and I kept accidentally eating food that would then make me sick. Now I'm more careful, and cooking is a lot easier. Restaurants are still a problem, but now that I can cook pretty well it's not such a big deal. I have a B.A. from Boston University in French Language and Literature and an M.A. from Emerson College in Writing, Literature, and Publishing.
