Introduction	high energy and generally positive, very happily married since 1995, blessed with 2 wonderful school-aged children, a great job, loving extended family and dear friends; other than the ~10 pounds I'd like to lose and recovering from breast cancer, I'm very grateful and happy with my life; I'm trying to ramp up my motivation for running so I can be more consistent with exercise; I've done 3 half marathons now but usually run 5K distances; proud member of the Slow Runner's Club
