| Introduction | We have never been financially rich, but I have a wonderful husband and we raised three awesome kids. Just when we thought we were getting ahead of the game first he lost his job and then a few months later I did. Life has not been easy. A few months ago I got the flu and never really recovered. It made me realize how much I had been neglecting my health. Join me as I make the journey back to being healthy. |
