| Introduction | Just like many people out there I am just trying to be a better person, make everyday count, and to find a little humor along the way. I am a mom to three wonderful kids ( two beautiful daughters and a sweet son. I am also wife to a wonderfully supportive husband who is also a great bonus parent. My son, was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in January 2011 on his 6th birthday. He got the pump in spring of 2013 and we just started with the Dexcom CGM. This blog is part therapy for myself as a mother of a child with an autoimmune disease. Another part is just sharing our journey as we navigate through this crazy life with all its ups, downs, highs, lows and the the wonderful in betweens. ~Sally |
