| Interests | Socializing, helping others, watching movies, reading psychological research, plants, playing cards/board games, travel, outdoors, cooking |
| Favorite movies | Too many to count! My fav genre is horror, especially anything relating to the supernatural. I love cheesy, 1980s camp, like the Evil Dead trilogy or Night of the Creeps or Trolls 1 & 2. (Yeah, totally lame, but it makes me laugh.) I also really like relatively obscure films - independent, foreign, or older (1920s-70s). I typically dislike or minimally like remakes, big-budget Hollywood, romantic comedies, chick flicks, and ambiguous or predictable endings. |
| Favorite music | While I enjoy several different types of music, I am a talk radio gal, so I am completely out of touch with almost anything contemporary. I like old-school rock most of the time, but if the mood strikes me, I'll listen to classic country, red dirt country, 80s or 90s hip-hop, show tunes, or even classical. |
| Favorite books | The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, anything by Irv Yalom, Where the Red Fern Grows, Cold Sassy Tree, Huckleberry Finn |
