| Introduction | My name is Rebecca and I am 28. I have a 3 year old daughter Emily who is absolutly fabulous. I am married to the most wonderful husband Jeff. We have been married for 4 years. Jeff is a powerlifter and he is great at it. Because Jeff is a powerlifter he is very athletic and works out almost everyday of the week. Since he works out so much, I feel that I should be doing something as well. That may not be the best reason for wanting to lose weight, but its part of mine. I also want to lose weight because I want to feel better and look better. I have never been truly happy with how I look, and one day I want that to change. I also want to be able to keep up with my daughter. The older she gets the more active she will become and I want to do those activities with her. I also want to be disciplined. I know I can do it, I just have to prove it to myself. |
