Introduction	I'm 41 with a wife and soon-to-be 3 kids. I own a chain of comic book stores in Indianapolis- Downtown Comics. Most days, my jeep will be parked in a garage in the center of the city(Downtown location is on first floor of same building). While this doesnt seem ideal, the garage is used by the Indianapolis Symphony and its patrons. Also, there are many family, music, and arts festivals on Monument Circle which is right outside my door. The arts district is just north and we spend a lot of nights eating/drinking in that area.
