Introduction	Ian Mangiardi: I am 20 years old and taking a semester off of school at NYU to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail. Starting February 1st, 2009 I will try to finish in early summer/mid-June. Andy Laub: I am a 21-year-old who overloaded on college classes so I could spend my last semester thru-hiking the AT. It's Northbound or bust until mid-June when we plan to Katahdin! About Us: We both individually planned to hike the AT alone. However, after meeting at Low Gap shelter, two days into the adventure, we both realized doing it together was a much better way to experience the miles of the Appallachian Trail.
