Introduction	I see that we normally try to close the technology-human gap starting from the technology side. I'd like to be one of those who start it the other way around. I have stayed around computers for more than half of my 30 years life, I worked on and managed giant software projects and operations. I got to see things from the engineering point of view; how things are being dealt with in the pure technical sense. I also got to live how it works on the side of trying to weave, create, deliver and communicate values and experiences. I got to be on the vendor side and on the customer side, and truly believed in the other party as a partner in both cases. I guess it's time for me to move on with shifts, exceptions, passions, energies, contributions, transformations and to keep the inspiration in the air.
