| Introduction | I am a physician assistant, a health foodie, and a lifelong learner of what science and history have to offer. Because I'm always cooking great food, researching new green cleaning recipes, and trying to live as healthy, local, and educated as I can, I've decided to actually write down some of my recipes (most of which are entirely vegetarian), as well as my thoughts and knowledge of health and "green" living. I am part of a community supported agriculture called Johnson's Backyard Garden, where I get a box of veggies each week. Hopefully, this will also be a way to remember what I'm cooking so I can access recipes based on what I make each month in an organized fashion!! |
