Introduction	The Young Black Professionals Coalition is an organization comprised of young black professionals in the Akron, Ohio area focused on the personal, professional and social development of our future leaders including high school and college students. The coalition offers mentoring programs, workshops, seminars and professional development clinics along with other life altering skills to young minority males and females. Such workshops/seminars will be geared towards improving communication skills (oral & written), leadership skills, teamwork and networking amongst others. Supplementary programming focuses on wellness (spiritual, mental, social, and physical, etc) of young black professionals in the community. YBPC fosters its members to be a positive, active and effective citizen within the community and provide a place for Young Professionals to network with others in a diverse setting.
