Introduction	I am the Fat Baron, reborn into this era as a fussy foodie, full-time chocoholic, who indulges in the company of two gorgeous Maine Coons and a loving soulmate. I have lived in the South of France since 2004. It's been a whirlwind adventure thus far. I love discovering new flavours and find myself frequenting Spain's Catalonia often, where my palates have been teased, amused & tantalized over the years. Being Singaporean & thousands of miles away from a fiery bowl of laksa, I have perpetual cravings for asian food. Annual trips back allow for intensive binges on divine dim sum, roti prata, snowskin mooncakes... among many other overly-obsessed foods. I principally started this blog as a way of archiving a few of my gastronomic experiences. After all, I live a mere 45 minutes away from El Bulli and have had the ultimate pleasure of experiencing molecular gastronomy at it's supreme best! Ultimately, the thoughts penned here will be ruled by my inner beast, the fat baron, a ravenous soul that constantly seeks powerful avant garde experiences, whom I trust to provide a never-ending slew of gastronomic orgasms.
