Introduction	I have a strong Love of baking that my Mom and my Italian Aunt's handed down to me. Let's just say that I can swoon over a baking pan instead of diamonds or pearls. I like to play with my food and see what I can create and know that I have succeeded when there is not a crumb left on anyone's plate! I am also a wife and Mom and Nanny to two adorable little boys who have cast a spell upon me. I love Summer and spending time on the beach with family and friends.
