Introduction	As the title of my Blog indicates, I'm a Fat Canadian! It's not mean, it's just true. I have 1 gorgeous Husband, and 2 Kids. I made a New Year's resolution to lose around 50 pounds. I started on January 1st, 2012 at 170 pounds. When you consider that I'm 5'3", I was obese. Am working on eating healthier, going to the gym, and blogging about my successes and stumbles. I'm looking forward to being healthier (and let's face it), becoming a Yummy Mummy.
