| Introduction | Jon David Risinger was raised on a small farm in Stringtown, Missouri, near the Eastern Ozarks of the Irish Wilderness. He attended Oak Grove Elementary School and Poplar Bluff Junior and Senior High Schools, graduating in 1993 as one of 12 Star Graduates with notable scholastic achievements. He attended Missouri State (1993-1995), graduated from Three Rivers Community College (1997), Louisiana State University (1999), and California State University (2002), where he served as Adjunct Faculty in the Civil Engineering Department until 2005. Mr. Risinger was employed by the federal government and private industries from 2000 to 2010 when embarking on his Doctorate of Philosophy Research at LSU (2012). |
