| Introduction | I have been in the supermarket business for 20 years but have become very interested in health and fitness after I turned 40 and my body started to rebel! I started by just walking around the block and just a few years later I am teaching several classes a week at the Y! My husband and I have a home in Mexcio and spend as much time there as possible. We have two grown daughters, a son-in-law and 3 cats. I would have more cats but more than 3 gets a person labeled as crazy. |
