Introduction I am a nutritionist and a vegetarian who loves to cook (and eat:) food. I am inspired by the Indian health system of Ayurveda and Raw Food. The aim of this page is to encourage and inspire a healthy diet whether you want to eat more vegetarian, or if you already are, or want to be 100% vegetarian. What is considered a healthy diet can seem like a relative term depending on what is the latest in research and what are the latest trend diets. Ayurveda talks about temporary or eternal truths, and I think no matter what food philosophy you have, or what research you read, that it's hard not to consider natural, fresh ingredients as an eternal truth for good health and wellness.
