Introduction	Welcome to my blog. My name is Anita and I am a country kid who has transplanted into a subdivision with my husband of 20 years who is also a country kid transplant. We currently live just outside of the city limits of a fairly large city in the Midwest. We built ourselves a timberframe home doing 98% of the work, affectionately called The Barn. We have successfully launched our oldest to college and the youngest just two years behind her. We've also added a wee one, my girlfriend's 1 year old to the mix 3 days a week. This gives a whole new meaning to letting go and moving with/around the curves. Life stays interesting and busy as we journey along the path God is leading us down. Come join me in my musings: things cooked up, lessons learned throughout my day along the path and the lessons learned from our school day at "The Barn".
Interests	Reading, scrapbooking, watching movies with my family, playing games with my family, Christian Yoga with my awesome teacher Polly, Driving tractor for my Dad at the home farm.
Favorite movies	Star Wars-all of them, John Wayne movies(I used to watch them with my Dad), No more specific ones. I like to watch everything except horror.
Favorite music	Contemporary Christian Music and Country Music-Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Rascal Flats, Lone Star.
Favorite books	Any book again except horror. Read all the time
