Introduction	I love wine; however, about a year ago I started to have a very negative reaction to it. I would wake up with bad dreams, my heart racing, shooting pains in my stomach, nausea and a whole host of other unpleasant symptoms, too unpleasant to mention here. I eventually figured out that the sulfites contained in the wine were the cause of my symptoms. Being a wine lover I was pretty heartbroken, until that is, I discovered n.s.a. (no sulfite added) wines. I know that n.s.a. wines are relatively hard to find and good ones even harder. I have searched for a comprehensive list of n.s.a. wines and I am sorry to say that I have been unsuccessful. There are surely others out there in the same predicament. This blog is therefore dedicated to testing and finding the best n.s.a. wines from around the globe.
