Introduction Nada India has set up Pehchaan (Adolescent Identity) radio club in Delhi NCR in order to sensitize the adolescent community in the slum and villages on various issues— like career, HIV/AIDS, violence and alcohol/drug abuse, discrimination and personal values etc. The young people attending group listening to radio and other pr-recorded radio programs and learn to use their own voice, clearly and powerfully, they are motivated to change things around them. In some time, the children will well poise for their big leap forward. In preparing for this, we knew that the technology in radio programming needed to be demystified—a process that proved very successful. We will be happy to see the end results ,young people will not only talk about their rights, but will also be aware of their responsibilities, and there is a need to dialogue with different groups to change things for the better through these proposed clubs in other parts of the country.
