| Introduction | I am a wife of 40 yrs - and yes, to the same man whose name is Michael. The Lord has blessed us with three sons - Jeremy, Jonathan, and Joel. All are grown now, so I am an empty-nester. Jeremy is the dad of four of our "GRAND" children- Maylan,13; Kristlan, 10; Landan, 7; and Tristan, almost 3. Jonathan is the dad of our youngest, Bella, 6 months. I LOVE spending time with my family. I attended Coosa Valley Technical College, studied Business Management. ... graduated from Light University with a degree in Christian Counseling. My former jobs have been in Food Service; even owned/managed my own restaurant for about 1 1/2 years ... Really enjoyed the restaurant because my employees were family and we got to spend a lot of time together. ... My goal has been have my own catering business ... would really like to transfer my college credits to a Culinary Arts Program. Since late January '09, I've been employed in a medical billing office... this transition took a while to settle into, but is not as mentally stressful as it was in its beginning. |
| Interests | I'm an avid collector...I like antiques... collecting antique glassware (creamer/sugar sets), some unique beanie toys (March of Dimes holiday & Chick-fil-A cows), and snowmen; just this summer, I have added a collection of frogs, turtles and outdoor creatures in my herb garden. I love the Lord, going to church, spending time with family and friends, and chatting with friends/making new friends via internet. |
