| Introduction | Carl Djerassi Fiction Fellow at the Wisconsin Institute for Creative Writing. Her work has been awarded a Pushcart Prize and an AWP Intro Journals Award in Fiction, has been selected as Notable in Best American Essays 2012, and will be anthologized in Girls on Fire, and Sins and Needles: Writers and their Tattoos. She was a Tennessee Williams Scholar at the Sewanee Writers’ Conference, and is currently spearheading and editing 15 Views of Miami, a linked short story collection, forthcoming from Burrow Press. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in The Sun, The Southern Review, Southeast Review, and Slice Magazine, among other journals, and Pushcart Prize XXXVII: Best of the Small Presses.
