Introduction	There's something a bit surreal about teaching: Learn. Unlearn. Relearn. How do we do this? At base, it's a case of performing mental yoga without sending ourselves around the twist. As I said to myself the other day: "Self, stop throwing yourself blithely and blindly into the Next Big Idea, but do keep in mind that rigidly following a dogma means building your opinions on a foundation of sand." One day I will learn to follow my advice. Or perhaps unlearn my advice. Then comes the relearning.
