| Introduction | Amy Dixon is a lawyer. She has worked in Wisconsin's legislative and executive branches, as a law clerk at the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and in the private practice of law. A zeal for cooking and baking began when Amy was a little girl and her mother taught her how to bake chocolate chip cookies. It was easy, and tasted great; a love for preparing delicious food was born. Amy, her husband Bill, and their two Lhasa Apsos live in Wisconsin and all share a passion for artisan cheese. |
