About me

Introduction	I am a loving wife, daughter, sister, auntie, and friend. I was born and raised in various small towns throughout Saskatchewan. Before entering the Master of Teaching program at the University of Calgary I obtained a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan. I am incredibly passionate about living a healthy and active lifestyle. I try and pass on my passion and enthusiasm for physical activity through my bootcamp.
