Introduction Ever since we hooked up our Kitchen Queen 380 wood-burning cookstove in November 2013, I've been cooking like a fiend. For some reason, everything seems to come out better. Is it the constant blasting heat? Is it the vast array of available temperatures? Is it the sheer potential sitting there every day, tempting you to just whip up a little something? Hard to figure. At any rate, this blog is going to follow along for the Winter Cooking Season, and maybe help us look forward to next Winter... because come Spring, the Queen will be on sabbatical.
