Introduction	I'm Beth. A Minneapolis mom of 3; Henry, the Chinese speaking 8 year old, Wyatt (Wu), the know-it-all 5 year old and Edith (Edy), my *still* sweet baby girl. My paying job is child care provider to 2 other girls. I rarely cook with more than five ingredients, my children don't take a bath every day, my kitchen floors are always sticky; I'm just not interested in being a supermom.
