| Introduction | In the Autumn of 2010, Tom Macleod decided to broadcast, and boy did he broadcast. Along with his brother Rory and friend Tom Guy he began the Sound Macleod Podcast that you have arrived at. With the aim of providing off the wall and stimulating comedic chat as well as promoting unsigned musicians and bands, the boys went on an unprecedented run of 10, hour long classics of the Podcasting genre. In early 2011, they took their product to London Fields Radio and provided a further 4 hour long specials for the indie station. You can find these on Mixcloud under London Fields Radio. These 14, hour long, unscripted podcasting gold nuggets now exist and belong to the age of the internet, lying here on tompodcast.com for anyone who has the downright spunk and verve to be subjected to great music, and tears of laughter and joy. The team stopped podcasting in the Autumn of 2011 after simply agreeing they had accomplished what they set out to achieve- an accolade attained by very, very few.
