| Introduction | Even from the Apple IIGS days back in the late 80’s, I’ve always been interested in computers. The computer industry and I go back seven years and during that time I graduated college Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Computer Science in 2001 (yep, I have a BS degree). Currently I work as a systems admin and have been in that position for the last five years. Despite the current rigors of being an admin, I still view technology as being fun. One of the things I enjoy doing is helping people learn how to use their computers. Learning the basics of a computer and understanding how the computer works isn’t so bad (really, I promise!). I hope to help my readers to better understand their computers and really feel comfortable with using them. Even if a user is already computer savvy, they can always come away with one tidbit that makes their life easier. |
