IntroductionEvery parent of a child who has died--regardless of the child's age--needs a space to ask questions, share feelings, and learn. This is my space. Maybe it will become a place for others, too. Maybe it is the teacher in me or the optimist who is buried down in my heart somewhere, but I no longer believe that life after Evan died is no life at all. It is a different life, yes. It is a challenging life. But I have a life. I hope it will one day be as bright and beautiful as my Evan's smile. Until then, I keep putting one foot in front of the other. I keep inhaling and exhaling. If your child died, you know those are accomplishments.
Favorite booksI highly recommend the book The Unspeakable Loss by Nisha Zenoff, especially on audio.
