Introduction I'm a casual runner that was training for a sub 8min pace 10k around the first of April 2009. I achieved that (7:43 pace) and then ran a couple of marathons over the next 2 years. Now I'm shifting the focus to a BQ attempt, most likely at the end of the year. I'm using this blog to catalog my runs. I already keep a spreadsheet for records, but it's not conducive to anything but the numbers and calculations. I'd prefer to have something that's more of a journal or diary here. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Note - All pace times are in decimal format (i.e. 8.50 = 8:30, 8.75 = 8:45, etc)
