| Introduction | Retired in '03 at the ripe young age of 48 after 30 years in the warehousing industry with a very large pharmaceutical firm in Winnipeg as well as Calgary. Now I spend my winters making and maintaining the curling ice out here on the pristine eastern shores of Lake Winnipeg in the town of Grand Marais. During the summer time you can catch me at the spectacular Grand Pines Golf Course just north of the corner of highways #11 & #59 where I work in the pro shop with a great bunch of people. After work however you can most likely find me at the Sand Bar Motor Inn in Grand Marais, downing an ice-cold Standard Lager. |
