Introduction	I have always been a 'foodie' before it became popular. I used to sit and watch Julia Child (and even took notes! Ah the days before the internet) and bought cookbooks and would actually READ them. I even did my daughters wedding cake! My husband encouraged me to take some cake decorating classes and I was hooked. (the best course ever was Wedding Cake Design with Nicholas Lodge, of the International School of Sugar Art:What a really great guy!!) I love creating cakes and really love working with people (Ok, so I love to talk too!) I decided to open my doors in 2005 to see if others would love my cakes as much as my friends and family. The response has been amazing!! I hope you will enjoy my cakes and I love hearing what people have to say! (Good and bad..can't improve that way!)
