Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Flexibility is a noun meaning the quality of being adaptable or variable while expandability implies the ability to increase in extent, size, volume, scope, etc. In either case, you could say you are the bigger person. If you are flexible, it is because you are willing to listen and adapt. In the other case, you probably ate a box of Twinkies and could use a diet. ;)
