Introduction	Morgan is Senior Manager, Media Relations for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) where he's responsible for DART's media relations program including crisis communications, service promotions and special event media relations. He also manages DART's Internet websites, increasingly popular sources of information for transit customers, researchers and the news media. Prior to joining DART in 1996, he was a Public Information Officer for The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas where he also designed and launched the News and Information website for UT Southwestern.
