Favorite Books When I was in grade six, I met the most wonderful person, her name was Mrs. Glossard, she was my teacher. Through Mrs. Glossard I learn the gift of reading for pleasure. She would bring to me her daughter's books after she read them for me to read. Then I would return them. Wow what joy I discovered by reading those books, I would travel to different places and learn so much just from words...so I have never stop reading and always up for learning something new that I enjoy. One day she gave to me to read a book by, Judy Blume, ''Are you there God it's me Margaret', I simply love that book and it teaches so much to young girls. Most important it taught me how to have a direct conversation with God. Different from what you learn in church. I passed that book down to my daughters when they both were in the six grade and my wish would be for them to do the same to their daughter's one day. Thank you Mrs. Glossard for you made me hungry to know different than what was around me, and to create.
