|The goal is to cover varying aspects of home brewing beer, from recipes, to equipment, to anything else I can think of. I've been homebrewing since around 2000 and my beer preferences have evolved over time. Brewing processes also change over time. This is my disclaimer, if you stumble across an older post of mine, especially a style I haven't brewed in a long time, it's probably because it's a beer that is no longer one of my favorites. Also, I would consider older recipes more as starting points and adjust grain percentages (especially crystal malts on the really old recipes) to more modern standards for styles.
