| Introduction | Mrs. Todd-Paine teaches English to high schoolers and loves to have sword fights and drama in the classroom. She also loves being outside in nature, rock climbing, fishing, eating local food, reading, singing praise songs, her dog, traveling, learning about new cultures, spending time with friends and family, and many other activities. So far she has ridden a camel in the desert in Tunesia, swum with sharks and sting rays (on purpose!)in Belize, zip-lined through the forest canopy in Mexico, lived in Austria, gotten lost on trains in Europe, lost her luggage in Luxembourg (among other countries), been on a pirate ship in Aruba, walked the lavadas in Madeira, Portugal, hiked in canyons in SW America, scared a bear on the Appalachian Trail, eaten really good, cheap trout by the castle in Bratislava, left a restaurant serving horse in Slovenia WITHOUT ordering, been to Carnival in Venice, traveled by ferry from Greece, admired the ancient library in Ephesus, Turkey, honeymooned in the Canary Islands, celebrated snow with the Welsh, hidden from snow in Scotland, been mesmerized by Canterbury Cathedral in England, felt very goth in Prague,... and is ready for the next adventure! |
